Most importantly, contacting Kirsh & Kirsh costs you nothing. Birth parents never pay for Kirsh & Kirsh adoption services. Secondly, and just as importantly, contacting the adoption law firm of Kirsh & Kirsh does not obligate you to proceed with an adoption. We, at Kirsh & Kirsh, understand that most people know very little about adoption and that a birth mother thinking about giving up her baby for adoption, or, more correctly, making an adoption plan for her newborn or soon-to-be-born baby, wants information. Therefore, when you contact us, we will answer your questions and tell you how we can assist if you decide to pursue adoption. Again, even if you tell us you want our help, you will not be obligated to place your baby for adoption. Under Indiana law, you cannot sign a consent to an adoption until after the baby is born.
